Smruti Dabholkar

Smruti Dabholkar has a significant amount of work experience in various companies and roles. Most recently, they served as the Head of Training & Quality at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked in Quality & Administration at Future Communications Company from 2020 to 2021. They also served as the Compliance Manager at Green Wing Co. W.L.L from 2018 to 2020.

Before that, they held positions such as Assistant Manager of Quality & Training at KServe BPO Pvt. Ltd. from 2016 to 2017, Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at Housing.com from 2014 to 2016, and Assistant Manager of Quality at WNS Global Services from 2006 to 2013. Their first role in their career was as a Verifier at Altius Customer Services Pvt Ltd from 2003 to 2005.

Smruti Dabholkar obtained a Bachelor's Degree at Dr. C. V. Raman University in Kota Bilaspur, from 2014 to 2016.
