Jordan Daniels

Jordan Daniels is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Altruist. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Swenson Jordan from October 2018 to April 2019, where they worked with React, Magento, GoLang, Firebase, SQL, and Angular-Ionic. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at YING from March 2018 to September 2018, working with React, React Native, Relay, GraphQL, and SQL.

Jordan Daniels began their teaching career as a Student Teacher at Hamilton High School from January 2016 to June 2016, where they taught four choir classes and two group piano classes. They then became a Student Teacher at Warner Elementary School from September 2015 to December 2015, teaching 30 elementary school students to play the violin. Each lesson lasted for 30 minutes and they would meet twice a week. Finally, they were a Student Teacher at Nora Sterry Elementary School from September 2015 to December 2015.

Jordan Daniels has a Bachelor of Arts in Piano Performance and Music Education from the University of California, Los Angeles. They also have a Full Stack Web Development certification from Hack Reactor. In addition, they have various Udemy certifications in Typescript: The Complete Developer's Guide, Testing React with Jest and Testing Library, IOS-14 & Swift-5 - The Complete iOS App Development Course, and GraphQL By Example. They also have Amazon Web Services certifications in AWS Associate Solutions Architect and AWS Certified Cloud Practioner. Finally, they have a Lynda.com certification in Personal Investing Basics and a teaching certificate.

They work with Krunal Joshi - Senior Software Engineer, Valerii Iakovlev - Backend Engineer, and Samantha Durant - Front End Engineer. Jordan Daniels reports to Michael Byram, Director of Engineering.
