Philip Sercia

Philip Sercia is an experienced professional in the securities lending industry, currently serving as the Head of Securities Lending at Altruist since May 2022. Prior to this role, Philip held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Securities Lending at US Tiger Securities/Marsco Investment Services from July 2020 to April 2022. From March 2011 to July 2020, Philip was the Senior Director and Co-Head of TradeStation Prime Finance at TradeStation. Philip also served as Vice President in Prime Finance at Citigroup from August 2006 to February 2011, specializing as a Securities Lending Trader focusing on ADRs. Philip earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Bonaventure University between 1990 and 1994.
