Steven Randazzo

Steven Randazzo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Steven is currently the Head of Innovation at Altruistic, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Steven worked at Harvard University, where they held several roles including Visiting Research Fellow and Assistant Director at the Lab for Innovation Science. During their time at Harvard, they managed projects, conducted research, and wrote academic papers in areas such as Open Innovation/Crowdsourcing, AI and Data Science, and the Business of Sports.

Before their tenure at Harvard, Steven worked as a Senior Consultant and Partner at The 1920 Collective, where they provided consulting services primarily in the healthcare sector, including research, growth strategy development, and content development. Steven also served as a TEDMED Research Scholar in 2018, contributing to research initiatives.

Prior to their work in consulting and research, Steven co-founded huddlehive, a venture they were involved with from 2015 to 2018. Steven also served as the Director of Research, Strategy, and Growth at Viva + Impulse Creative Co., a digital marketing agency, where they led business development, market research, and content development.

Steven's earlier experiences include serving as the Communications Director/Growth Hacker at the US Department of Health and Human Services IDEA Lab, where they co-founded the lab and developed content strategies. Steven also held roles at the State of New Mexico as a Legislative Liaison and at All American Pac as a Field Staffer in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

Steven Randazzo completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications and Political Science at The University of New Mexico from 2002 to 2006. Steven then pursued a Master's degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Extension Studies in Management at Harvard University, which they completed from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, Steven enrolled in the Harvard Business Analytics Program, where they studied for a year. Currently, they are furthering their education at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, undertaking a Master of Research degree in Management Information Systems, General, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
