Temitope Ajayi

Temitope Ajayi, ACIPM, currently serves as a People Experience Specialist at AltSchool Africa, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Temitope worked as a People Operations Officer at Oolu from September 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing the talent acquisition process, overseeing payroll, conducting employee surveys, facilitating onboarding, and handling employee relations. Additional experience includes a position in the People Team at Assembly Hub in mid-2021 and a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Bet24 from late 2019 to early 2021. Temitope began a career in customer support with Equatorial Partners Limited in early 2019. Academically, Temitope holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Adekunle Ajasin University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Ahmadu Bello University and a Diploma in Data Analytics at AltSchool Africa.
