Ayushi Taneja

Ayushi Taneja is an Associate at Altudo, where responsibilities include managing the employee exit process, conducting exit calls, analyzing attrition data, and developing retention strategies. Ayushi has successfully calculated and provided insights on attrition and retention data for workforce planning and talent acquisition and has fostered employee engagement through team-building activities and recognition programs.
