Joshua Walteros

Joshua Walteros is a seasoned Workday Architect and Founder of Altura, a company committed to enhancing the Workday experience for diverse clients since July 2016. Prior to Altura, Joshua served as the Workday Benefits Product Lead and Consultant at Mercer | CPSG Partners, contributing to expertise in workforce lifecycle management and Enterprise Cloud Services from August 2014 to July 2016. An earlier role as Account Manager at Newt Global Consulting from August 2013 to August 2014 involved providing a broad range of IT services. Joshua's career began as a Structural Engineer in the Transportation Group at CH2M HILL in 2012, focusing on dynamic and static analysis for marine structures. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Columbia Engineering, completed in 2013.
