Steve Campbell has over 15 years of professional experience in program and project management. Steve began their career in 2007 as Chairman / Executive Director for SCOTFEST, Inc, where they managed the daily operations and business development, preparation of strategic plans, development and implementation of policies and programs for the cultural focused 501(c)3 Public Charity organization. In 2015, they founded Adroit Event Solutions and served as Events Director. In 2016, they joined CACI International Inc as Program Manager, Deputy (Bus Ops) and Perspecta as Sr Project Manager / Scrum Master / Systems Engineering Sr Technical Specialist. In 2019, they became Founding Partner (Poweruser Events, LLP) for Powerdive365. In 2020, they joined Illuminate as Sr Program Manager and in 2022, they joined Altus Consulting Corporation as Program Manager. Throughout their career, Steve has been responsible for leading large project teams, creating solutions that span across multiple disciplines, managing small and large event teams, developing and implementing innovative and strategic initiatives, and managing government program management oversight, contracts management and direction to senior project managers and contractors.

Steve Campbell obtained a Graduate Certificate (Bachelors) in Management from Robert Gordon University between 2001 and 2004. Prior to this, they obtained an HNC in Architecture & Management from Robert Gordon University between 1994 and 1998. Before this, they obtained an NC in Building Engineering from North East Scotland College between 1993 and 1994. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) from the Management and Strategy Institute in March 2017, and an ITIL Foundation 2011 in April 2014.
