Matt Ramsay

Matt Ramsay is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President of M&A at Altus Fire & Life Safety since October 2025, Ramsay has previously held pivotal roles at Westinghouse Electric Company, including Corporate Development Manager and various analyst positions focused on strategic growth initiatives. Prior experience includes Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Data Intensity and Transaction Services Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP, where Ramsay advised on M&A transactions. Early career experiences at KPMG involved auditing and financial analysis, complemented by a strong academic background with a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Wofford College.
