Chloe Shin

Chloe Shin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property valuation and consulting. Currently serving as a Manager at Altus Group since 2017, formerly known as PwC Real Estate Appraisal Management Practice, Chloe manages a variety of real estate consulting services encompassing property and portfolio valuation, due diligence, and underwriting support, with expertise across multiple property types. Prior roles at Altus Group included Senior Consultant, where Chloe conducted market and valuation analyses, and a position as Investment Analyst at Samsung Life Insurance, which involved financial modeling and due diligence. An earlier tenure at PwC involved creating detailed feasibility analyses and strategic due diligence for significant real estate investments. Chloe holds an MBA in Asset Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Business Administration from Yonsei University.
