Gaetan Tobue-Echeverria

Head of Support & Training at Altus Group

Gaetan TOBIE-ECHEVERRIA has extensive work experience in customer support roles. Gaetan is currently the Global Head of Customer Support at Altus Group, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Support & Training EMEA & APAC at Altus Group, starting in January 2022. Before joining Altus Group, Gaetan worked at Finance Active as a Support Manager starting in October 2017. Gaetan also had a series of roles at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB), including Production Chapter Manager, International Production Leader, EMEA and Paris Production Leader, and NYC Front Office Application Support. Gaetan started their career as a Consultant at Altran, working on a money market application for SGCIB.

Gaetan TOBIE-ECHEVERRIA attended IGR-IAE Rennes in the year 2005-2006. Prior to that, they were enrolled in Nantes Université in the year 2005. Gaetan also holds a certification in ITIL V2.
