Guillaume Renard

Guillaume Renard has a strong background in frontend development and leadership roles. Guillaume is currently working at Altus Group as a People Lead and Senior Frontend Developer. Prior to that, they were a Senior Frontend Developer at PlayPlay, where they worked on video embedding, GIFs, and the video player. Guillaume also coached junior developers and contributed to the migration and adoption of new technologies. Before joining PlayPlay, Guillaume held various positions at Assima, including Front End Lead and Senior Software Engineer. In these roles, they focused on frontend architecture, development processes, and supporting production incidents. Guillaume also worked on stabilizing and scaling authentication modules and securing front-end systems. Guillaume Renard has a Master's degree in Databases and Artificial Intelligence from Université de Bourgogne, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007.
