Meredith Tinter Brake

Meredith Tinter Brake, CPA has extensive experience in various roles within the financial and real estate industry. Meredith is currently serving as the VP, Head of Service Ops and Enablement at Altus Group. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at MLB Consulting Services, LLC, where they provided comprehensive business consulting services for small to mid-sized businesses, specializing in real estate, assisted living, and construction businesses. Meredith also served as a Senior Director at One11 Advisors, an integrated professional services firm.

Brake has held leadership positions at several companies, including Chief Accounting Officer at Jonathan Rose Companies, CAO and Director of Finance at Atlantic Development Group, and Chief Financial Officer at Joy Construction Company. Meredith also served as the Chief Operations Officer at The Continuum Company, LLC, where they successfully managed the start-up of a luxury senior housing company.

Earlier in their career, Brake served as Co-President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer at Sterling Glen Senior Community/Forest City Enterprises, overseeing a large real estate portfolio focused on luxury senior housing. Meredith also worked as a Controller at Macklowe Management.

Meredith Tinter Brake, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University, which they earned from 1989 to 1993. Meredith also obtained a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University, completing the program from 2001 to 2005.
