Richard Kalvoda

Richard Kalvoda has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the fields of real estate and finance. Richard started their career at L.W. Ellwood & Co. as a Senior Associate in 1991 and worked there until 1996. Richard then joined PwC as a Principal and worked there for 14 years until 2010. In 2010, Kalvoda joined Altus Group as an EVP and later became the President of Altus Analytics - Americas in 2022.

Richard Kalvoda earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Agricultural Economics from North Dakota State University in 1987. Richard later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate from the Wisconsin School of Business, completing it in 1991.
