Shawna Burke-Martin

Shawna Burke-Martin serves as the Vice President of Energy & Complex Industrial Property at Altus Group since October 2017, having previously held the role of Senior Director - Energy. A dedicated volunteer, Shawna held several leadership positions within the Canadian Property Tax Association, Inc. (CPTA) from September 2017 to September 2022, including Immediate Past President, President, Executive VP, and VP for Administration and Communication. Shawna also volunteered as a Director for the Youth Singers of Calgary from January 2018 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, Shawna was the Managing Director - Energy at AEC Property Tax, where responsibilities included leading teams in the oil and gas sector and ensuring fair property assessments. Additional experience includes roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Deloitte Canada.
