Stephen Lowrance

Stephen Lowrance has over 20 years of experience in product management and strategy. Stephen began their career at ARGUS Software in 1994 and held various roles, including Director of Client Services and Vice President of Product Management. In 2011, they joined Altus Group as the Director of Product Management for ARGUS. Currently, they serve as the VP of Offer Management, responsible for the strategy and management of the Valuation platform and managed services. Stephen has led teams and demonstrated expertise in product development and leadership.

Stephen Lowrance attended Texas A&M University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Design. Stephen then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate at Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1994. In 1994, they also briefly studied at The University of Hong Kong, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate.
