Stephen Muscat

Stephen Muscat has extensive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and HR business partnership. Stephen is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Altus Group, where they lead a high-performing team across multiple locations. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at LifeWorks, a global leader in technology-enabled solutions. Stephen also has experience at Sears Canada, where they served as the AVP of Human Resources Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner. Additionally, they worked at Drake International as an Area Manager and at AppleOne as a Regional Vice President, overseeing multi-branch operations.

Stephen Muscat holds a Bachelor of Commerce - Honours degree from the University of Guelph. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Working Remotely from LinkedIn, Management and Performance in Organizations from Les Alchimistes, PPA DISC Certification from Thomas International, Pre-Employment & Employee Behavioral Assessment from The McQuaig Institute, Predictive Performance International - P3 from Drake International, and Team Culture Analysis Training from Thomas International.
