Terry Cox

Terry Cox is a seasoned professional in the field of valuation and advisory services, currently serving as the Senior Director and Regional Lead of Advisory and Valuation for British Columbia at Altus Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Terry held the position of Director of Valuation at Ryan from January 2021 to September 2022, and served as Senior Vice President at Burgess Cawley Sullivan & Associates from October 2014 to January 2021. Terry's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Managing Director and Associate Vice President of Valuation & Advisory Services at Colliers International Canada from October 2005 to September 2014. Terry earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Royal Roads University between 1998 and 1999.
