Deebie Symmes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the life sciences and biopharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as COO/CBO and co-founder of Aluda Pharmaceuticals, Inc., since October 2018, Deebie leads a team focused on immunological defense and disease pathogenesis. Deebie also holds advisory roles at Berkeley SkyDeck and MicroRio, contributing expertise to various sectors including life sciences and biodegradable materials. As the founder of Bending Line Ventures and principal at Keelin Reeds Partners, Deebie specializes in equity investment and corporate strategy for early-stage companies. Previous leadership roles include positions at Xhale, Inc., ARYx Therapeutics, Tularik, and Chiron Corporation.
