Alan Shevela has a extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Alan began their career at L&L Foods in 1989, where they worked in supply chain operations for 8 years. Alan then joined General Motors in 1997 as a Supply Chain Procurement Quality Engineering until 2005. After that, they worked at Honeywell International as a Global Strategic Sourcing Leader from 2005 to 2012. Alan then moved to HELLA as the Vice President of Purchasing from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they worked at TI Automotive as the Head of Purchasing from 2015 to 2018. Alan then joined Asahi Kasei Plastics North America, Inc. as the Head of Purchasing, Logistics, and Supplier Quality from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Aludyne starting from November 2020.
Alan Shevela obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Integrated Supply Chain Matrix Management from Western Michigan University from 1993 to 1997. Alan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Supply Chain from Michigan State University in 2003 to 2004. Additionally, they received a Certificate in International Business from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu in 2004.
