Angelique Arts has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Angelique is currently working as an HR Director for Aludyne, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Executive for Shiloh Industries Netherlands B.V. from 2018 to 2022. Angelique also freelanced at Yours HR & Office Management in 2018, where they worked with several companies including Shiloh Industries and Sonova. Before that, they took a sabbatical in 2017. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as an HR Executive for Vleeshandel Hilckmann Nijmegen B.V. In 2005, they were the owner of Appels Office. Additionally, Angelique has experience as an HR Manager a.i. at Zetacom from 2010 to 2011, and as a Personeelsfunctionaris - HR Officer at bd architectuur from 2009 to 2010. Angelique started their career as a Manager Marketingservices at Brinkman Publishers Groep from 1994 to 1997 after working as a freelance journalist from 1991 to 1994.

Angelique Arts attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Personeel & Arbeid. Prior to that, they attended Leidse Onderwijs Instelling from 1998 to 2000, where they studied HBO Vertaler Engels.
