Stefanie Bauer

Stefanie Bauer is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in driving People & Culture initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as HR Director Europe at Elevate Outdoor Collective since January 2023, Stefanie is dedicated to enhancing the cultural framework for renowned winter sports brands. Previously, as HR Director EMEA at Canadian Solar Inc. from March 2020 to December 2022, responsibilities included overseeing people and culture across a rapidly growing renewable energy company. A significant tenure at LEGO Group spanned over 14 years, where Stefanie held multiple HR leadership roles, including leading the transformation to "People Operations & Development" and managing HR for European sales and marketing operations. Earlier career experience includes HR management at General Electric and sales and marketing roles in recruitment, complemented by an academic background from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and training at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
