Navin Karwande

Navin Karwande serves as Aludyne's Chief Operations Officer and General Manager of Americas, a position he has held since April 2023. In this capacity, Navin oversees global operations and manages the profit and loss for the Americas business division.

With over 25 years of experience in the global manufacturing industry, Navin's expertise spans across the automotive and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, he has held numerous senior executive roles at companies such as Mauser Packaging Solutions, Colfax Corporation, Temple Steel, and Sumitomo Riko. In these positions, he has effectively managed multiple manufacturing facilities worldwide. Before that, Navin spent 15 years at Tower Automotive, progressively taking on more responsibilities in various roles.

Navin earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University, an MS in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune.
