Russ Douglas

Russ Douglas has extensive experience in technology and process improvement, currently serving in the role of IT and Process Improvement at Aluf Plastics since June 2017. As the Founder and Principal of HRD, established in 2010, Russ Douglas provides executive-level consulting focused on process improvement. Previously, Russ Douglas was a World Wide ERP Specialist at Primis Marketing from January 2005 to January 2007 and served as CTO/CIO in a mid-market marketing company. Additional roles include CTO at Coverall Cleaning Concepts from 2003 to 2006 and VP of Customer Service at MVS Software between 1984 and 1989. Russ Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada, along with additional studies in economics, commerce, computer science, and physical education.
