Rita Balzano

Rita Balzano has a diverse work experience in the aesthetic and skincare industry. Rita is currently the Proprietor of their own consulting company, Aesthetics RB Consulting, LLC. Prior to that, they worked at AlumierMD as a Business Development Manager, where they focused on customer growth goals and opened new business accounts with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, med spas, and wellness centers.

Before AlumierMD, Rita worked as an Account Executive at BrandMD Skin Care, where they developed and maintained relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medically supervised spas. Rita also worked as an Aesthetic Business Manager at skinbetter science, where they successfully closed 32 accounts within a short time period by promoting the science behind the product line.

Additionally, Rita has experience as a Portfolio Territory Manager at Merz Pharmaceuticals, an Account Executive at Revision Skincare®, and an Independent Representative for companies such as Oxygenetix, OxygenPur, Bella Medical, and Xtravol. Rita has also held the position of VP Sales & Marketing at AAIPA, where they focused on selling solutions for cosmetic procedures and developed brand awareness through various marketing strategies.

Earlier in their career, Rita worked as a Patient Coordinator at Young Medical Spa® and as an Independent Rep in their own business. Overall, they have proven expertise in sales, account management, business development, and customer experience in the aesthetic and skincare industry.

Rita Balzano began their education in 1973 at Churchman Business, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. Rita successfully completed their studies in 1975. After a gap in their educational pursuits, Rita enrolled in LCCC in 1986 and studied Sales/Marketing for a year, without obtaining a specific degree.
