Tanya James, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Tanya is currently working as an independent Human Resources & Operations Consultant. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Aluminum Shapes LLC, where they also served as a Labor Relations Manager. Before joining Aluminum Shapes LLC, Tanya worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for various industries including Electric & Power, Department of Education, Healthcare/Medical, Auto Industry, and National Organizations (Union Employees) as a contractor. In this role, they successfully performed full life cycle recruiting, developed recruiting and retention strategies, implemented HR policies, conducted employee relations investigations, and performed all aspects of HR functions. Tanya is known for their ability to quickly learn new tasks and complete them with a high degree of accuracy.

Tanya James has obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rowan University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, both from Rowan University as well.
