Oliver Hodges

Oliver Hodges has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Oliver started their professional journey in 2014 as a Ticket Clerk at Showcase Cinemas Bluewater. In 2019, they worked as a Customer Liaison at DAVIDBALI CARGOTAMA CV., where they managed the supply chain and conducted surveys with prospective customers.

In 2021, Oliver took on the role of Kitchen Manager at Rå, where they gained valuable experience in management, overseeing purchase orders, shift patterns, and recruitment. Later in 2021, they became a Start-up Owner of Little Softie - Oat Milk, successfully raising capital and identifying a niche market for UHT Oat Milk in Ireland.

In 2022, Oliver joined Aldi UK as a Supply Chain Consultant, providing consultancy services to the company's second-largest distribution center. Oliver played a key role in implementing innovative loading and de-mixing bays, leading to improved efficiency, cost projections, and staff turnover. Following this, they joined Gallagher Europe as an Internal Accounts Manager & E-Commerce, responsible for managing accounts of over 800 UK farming stores and overseeing the supply chain operations.

Most recently, Oliver joined Alumio in 2022 as a Business Development Representative.

Oliver Hodges completed their International Baccalaureate at Dartford Grammar School from 2014 to 2016. Later on, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2017 to 2021.
