Mike Bradshaw is an accomplished biochemist with extensive experience in drug discovery and development, currently serving as VP of Discovery Biology and Biochemistry at Alumis since May 2022. Previously, Bradshaw held several leadership roles at Principia Biopharma from March 2011 to May 2022, where responsibilities included direct oversight of the in vitro pharmacology group and project leadership for small molecule programs targeting autoimmune diseases. With a foundation in biochemistry and molecular biophysics, Bradshaw's career also includes significant roles at Elan Biopharmaceuticals and Roche Pharmaceuticals, and a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine, where groundbreaking research was conducted on enzyme activation mechanisms related to learning and memory. Bradshaw holds a PhD in Molecular Biophysics from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Notre Dame.
