Previously, Tom worked as an Account Manager at the same company where Tom managed client portfolios, provided strategic guidance, and created commercial/informative content. Tom also has experience in project management and customer success roles at different companies. Tom has a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Grenoble IAE and a background in sports management.
