Bethany Flickinger

Bethany Flickinger, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the retail and healthcare industries. Bethany began their career in 2004 as a Store Manager at Goody's Family Clothing, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Bethany served as a Cosmetic Beauty Advisor at Dillard's Inc. Bethany then transitioned to a role at Greenview Regional Hospital as an Intern in 2012. In 2011, they joined maurices as a First Assistant Manager before moving on to Alumni Hall Stores in 2013. At Alumni Hall Stores, they held various positions such as Director of HR & District Manager and currently serves as the Director of Stores & Human Resources. Through their roles, Bethany has gained valuable experience in leadership, strategic planning, and human resources management.

Bethany Flickinger, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Kentucky University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Bethany then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Sullivan University. Bethany attended Sullivan University from 2014 to 2015 to complete their MBA.
