Marion Guerrero

Marion Guerrero currently serves as In-House Counsel and Head of Legal Affairs at Kuratorium für Psychosoziale Dienste Wien (PSD) and Sucht- und Drogenkoordination Wien (SDW) since April 2023. Marion also works as a Country Expert for Gender Equality Law with the European Commission and the European Equality Law Network (EELN) since June 2021. Additionally, Marion has been an Independent Lecturer at the University of Vienna's Faculty of Law since July 2010, focusing on gender law courses for graduate and postgraduate students. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Jank Weiler Operenyi | Deloitte Legal, Deputy Director at Wiener Bildungsakademie, and Political and Legal Advisor to the Minister for Women's Affairs in Austria. Marion's academic credentials include a PhD in Law from the European University Institute, an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, and a Mag. Iur. from the University of Vienna.
