Terence Rozier-Byrd

Terence Rozier-Byrd is a Partner at Baker Botts. Terence represents institutional investors—including public and corporate pension plans, family offices and endowments—in connection with their private fund investments, direct venture capital investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions. He also represents fund sponsors on the formation and operation of venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds. In addition, he serves on the firm’s Investment Committee, which oversees investments of the firm’s retirement plans. Terence received an AB in Politics from Princeton University and a JD from Boston University School of Law. He was a member of the varsity basketball team while at Princeton, twice winning the Ivy League championship.
