Emily Isakson

Emily Isakson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Emily started their career at ESOMAR as an Editorial Coordinator and Professional Standards Executive from May 2009 to May 2010. Emily then joined ING Bank as a Communications Officer, where they managed content for the Global Banking intranet site and supported global banking leadership communications from July 2010 to July 2011.

Emily then moved on to Spencer Stuart, where they worked as a Research Analyst from November 2011 to December 2012 and later as an Associate from December 2012 to August 2015.

Their most recent position is at Alumni, where they have held multiple roles. Emily started as a Senior Researcher from August 2015 to August 2018. Then they became the Head of Business Support and Internal Communications from August 2018 to February 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Business Operations Development, responsible for overseeing and developing Alumni's portfolio of business tools and systems, driving development of collaboration tools, internal communications, and CRM system development and administration.

Emily Isakson attended Uppsala University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained their MSc degree in Business Administration. In 2008, they also took courses in Business, Management, and HR at the University of Groningen.
