Josefin Alvén

Josefin Grolander Alvén is an accomplished consultant and senior advisor with extensive experience in leadership, legal counsel, and management across various sectors. Currently a consultant at Alumni since May 2021, Josefin previously served as a senior advisor at COGNITOR and held significant leadership positions at AWA Holding as Vice President and Business Area Manager for West Sweden, as well as Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director at Intertrust Group in Norway and Sweden, respectively. Earlier roles include Director and Head of Corporate Management at Post- och telestyelsen, Head of Section at Regeringskansliet, and Notary at Förvaltningsrätten i Stockholm. Josefin holds a Master of Laws from Lund University and has furthered education at the University of Oslo.
