Lars Navéus is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. As a Partner at Alumni since 2001, Lars has contributed to the identification and development of key leaders and competencies for business success. In addition, Lars serves as an Advisor at both Skåne Stadsmission and Mitt Liv AB, focusing on supporting individuals in challenging life situations and promoting diversity in the job market. Lars is also a Member of the Advisory Board at Allakando, which is dedicated to educational growth, and was part of the Strategic Management Team at Nash Squared from 2012 to 2022, aiding in cross-border strategic collaboration. Lars held a leadership role as Chairman at Look Closer AB and has extensive experience from various executive positions at TeliaSonera in former Eastern Europe.
