Chris Mauldin

Chris Mauldin worked as an iOS Developer at Aluna starting in April 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Full Stack iOS Developer at Nukon: Japanese Language Learning Platform from September 2017 to April 2018. At Nukon, Chris collaborated with a team of engineers to develop a mobile platform that taught Hiragana and Katakana character sets to English speakers. Chris also took the lead in designing the UI and implementing motion and sound animations. Chris utilized Apple's AVSpeechSynthesizer to validate the pronunciation of characters through user voice recognition. Chris was proficient in Swift and worked with various tools, including Xcode and Sketch, as well as libraries and frameworks such as AVFoundation, AVSpeechSynthesizer, and UIKit.
