Frank Zavala

Frank Zavala has extensive experience in construction estimation, currently serving as a Construction Estimator at ALUR since September 2021. Previously, Frank worked at Clean Scapes, LP, where responsibilities included collaborating with a team on commercial projects, with bids reaching up to 2.5 million. Frank's earlier roles included Project Estimator at Valiant Works LLC, where initiatives included transitioning to cloud-based solutions for project management, and an Event Manager position at the University of California San Diego, overseeing staff and vendor communications. Frank began in the construction field as an Estimation Assistant at Eagle Contracting and as a Construction Estimation Intern at Eagel Demolition, gaining foundational skills in quantity take-offs and project organization. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Sociology from UC San Diego.
