Kirsten Grant

Kirsten Grant is an accomplished professional with significant experience in environmental science and agricultural research. Currently serving as Community Fulfillment Manager at ALUS since March 2022, Kirsten previously worked as a Crop Specialist at AGRIS Co-operative Ltd. and as a Project Coordinator at the University of Waterloo, where responsibilities included managing the Lake Futures research project. Kirsten's educational background includes an MSc. in Geography from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Guelph. Additional experience involves roles such as Career Leader, Graduate Researcher, Teaching Assistant, and various positions within the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, focusing on programs related to conservation practices and agricultural water management. Current research interests include nutrient leaching and phosphorus transport in agricultural systems.
