Stephanie Ford M.ed.

Stephanie Shae Ford, M.Ed., currently serves as a 6th Grade Science Teacher at Alvarado ISD, a position held since December 2019. In this role, Stephanie creates and implements a competency-aligned curriculum for the science team, achieving a 12% increase in average Science Curriculum TEKS Based Assessment results compared to the previous grade level. Additionally, Stephanie has experience as an Instructional Designer at ASCD from April 2023 to August 2023. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the American College of Education, attained in 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed in 2019.
