Kelsey Nibbelin

Kelsey Nibbelin is an Associate Director in Operations for the Global People Organization at Alvarez & Marsal, a position held since July 2022. Responsibilities include supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and executive leadership with daily operations, strategic guidance, and collaboration within the HR function. Previous roles at Alvarez & Marsal included Senior Manager of HR Projects and Talent Systems, overseeing Jobvite (ATS) and supporting the CHRO in aligning people initiatives with organizational goals. Prior to this, Kelsey held various positions in talent acquisition and operations at Oak Street Health from June 2015 to June 2022, culminating in the role of Senior Talent Development Associate. Kelsey Nibbelin earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Illinois State University.
