Tim Pace is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in operational improvement and performance leadership across various industries. Currently, Tim serves as a Manager in the Private Equity Performance Improvement group at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on operational due diligence and interim management. Previously, Tim held positions including General Manager at Hood Packaging Corporation, where a successful turnaround project led to a 60% improvement in earnings, and General Manager at PolyOne, overseeing the largest cast acrylic manufacturing facility in North America, achieving a 25-year safety record and record sales levels.
