Jaciel Torres

Jaciel Torres has extensive work experience in the field of cloud services and technical support. They began their career at Voxeo in 2012, where they provided front-line customer support for application and software issues. They later moved on to Alvaria, Inc. in 2021, where they currently work as a Systems Admin, responsible for upgrades to the software and platform. Along the way, they gained experience as a Technical Team Lead, managing escalations, attending cross-functional meetings, and working on new software versions. Throughout their roles, they have demonstrated strong technical skills in Linux environments and a focus on customer care.

Jaciel Torres obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology from the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Valencia College from 2004 to 2007. They also received a High School Diploma from Faith Christian Academy from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Jaciel Torres has certifications including an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF) from Amazon Web Services obtained in December 2018 and an LPI Linux Essentials Exam 010 certification from the Linux Professional Institute.
