Vincent Chen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Huahao (Vincent) began their career as a Marketing Intern at Nestlé in 2013, followed by an Employer Branding Internship at BMW Finance in 2014. Vincent then worked as a Brand Ambassador for The Collective Partners, where they conducted market research, managed Chinese social media channels, and established partnerships to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

In 2016, Vincent joined NatWest Group, initially as Communications & Marketing role and later as a Customer Insight Analyst. During their time at NatWest Group, they contributed to market research and analysis to enhance customer insight and supported marketing activities.

Vincent's journey continued at HSBC where they held multiple roles. As a Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager, they managed marketing budgets, delivered acquisition campaigns, and optimized targeting strategies to improve channel efficiency. Vincent also took on the role of Marketing Manager, Global Private Banking and Wealth, where they built a digital marketing strategy, managed multi-million-pound budgets, and established performance measurement frameworks.

More recently, Vincent worked as a Marketing Manager at Bloomberg LP, focusing on marketing management responsibilities.

Vincent's most recent role, starting in 2023, is Vice President, Global Digital Marketing at AlTi Tiedemann Global, where they oversee global digital marketing efforts.

Throughout their career, Vincent has demonstrated strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets and deliver successful marketing campaigns.

Huahao (Vincent) Chen completed a Master of Science degree in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College Business School and Imperial College London, with both degrees being obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business English from the University of International Business and Economics, which they completed between 2010 and 2014. Huahao (Vincent) also participated in a Business Immersion Program as an exchange student at The University of Hong Kong in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Huahao Chen obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Huahao (Vincent) obtained a Digital Marketing in Practice certification from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2023, a CX Certification from Forrester in 2021, and an MRS Certificate in Market and Social Research from the Market Research Society (MRS) in 2019. Huahao (Vincent) also completed the Entrepreneurial Development Academy program offered by the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs in 2018, as well as an Influencer Marketing certification from the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM) in the same year.

Furthermore, Huahao Chen holds a Chartered Professional Banker Certificate from The Chartered Banker Institute, which they obtained in 2017. Huahao (Vincent) also completed an IBM Digital Analytics Introduction Class and obtained a Test for English Majors-Band 8 certificate from The National Foreign Languages Teaching Advisory Board under the Minister of Education, P.R.China in 2015 and 2014, respectively. More recently, they acquired a LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn in 2023 and a Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google in 2021.
