Jennifer Acker Ayer

Jennifer Acker Ayer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Jennifer is currently serving as the Co-Head of Impact Strategy in Wealth Management at AlTi Tiedemann Global, a global wealth and asset manager. As a Principal and Managing Director at Tiedemann Advisors from 2017 to 2020, they managed client relationships, focusing on integrating investment strategy, philanthropy, and estate planning into comprehensive wealth management plans. During this time, Jennifer also co-led the firm's impact strategy and sat on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Prior to Tiedemann Advisors, Jennifer worked as a Wealth Manager at Wetherby Asset Management from 2015 to 2017. Jennifer started their career as an Analyst and Assistant Treasurer at Union Bank of Switzerland, where they underwent extensive training in global credit.
