Leo He

Leo Leo has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Leo is currently working as an International Controller at Alvarium Tiedemann | AlTi. Prior to this role, they worked at Fitch Ratings, where they held the positions of Regional Controller EMEA and Assistant Controller. Leo also worked at Tate & Lyle as a Group Technical Accountant, where they provided accounting advice on complex business transactions and oversaw the accounting and reporting of the treasury company. Before that, they were an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where they performed and led financial audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. Leo's early work experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Loughborough University, where they developed image processing techniques and supervised undergraduate students.

Leo Leo holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from Loughborough University from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed an MSc in Mechatronics at the same university from 2002 to 2003. Leo also holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology. Additionally, they have a BA in Japanese Literature from the same university. Leo has also obtained certifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in April 2018 and the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAEW in September 2007.
