Shayda Milani

Shayda Milani began their work experience as a Law Clerk at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in June 2017. During their time there, they conducted legal research, drafted memorandums and other documents, and prepared summaries by reviewing and analyzing depositions.

In May 2018, they joined Mayer Brown as a Summer Associate, completing their term in July 2018.

Shayda then returned to Mayer Brown in October 2019 as an Associate in the Corporate and Securities Group. In this role, Shayda advised a range of corporate and financial institution clients on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, equity offerings, and debt offerings. Shayda also provided counsel on governance, corporate, and securities law matters. Their tenure at Mayer Brown continued until June 2023.

Currently, Shayda is serving as the Associate General Counsel at AlTi Tiedemann Global, starting their position in June 2023. No end date has been specified for their current role.

Shayda Milani's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at the University of South Florida. Shayda pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General and completed their studies in 2016. Following this, between 2016 and 2019, they attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.

In addition to their formal education, Shayda Milani also received certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2017, they obtained a Professional Research Certification from LexisNexis.
