Priyaranjan Kumar

Priyaranjan Kumar is the current Managing Director of Co-Investment Real Estate at Alvarium. Priyaranjan has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on investment sales and capital advisory across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Alvarium, Priyaranjan was Regional Executive Director, Capital Markets - Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield Inc., where they were responsible for institutional buyer representation, sales, debt and equity advisory, joint ventures, and capital raises for funds and platforms. Prior to that, they were Assistant Manager at Colliers Jardine (now Colliers International), where they built a market-leading leasing team.

Priyaranjan Kumar has an MBA in finance from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, India. Priyaranjan also has a BA in economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce in Delhi, India. Priyaranjan is currently certified by the Australian Institute of Company Directors in the Company Directors Course and is also certified by CryptoAcademy in the Fundamentals of Bitcoin and Crypto.
