Jasmine Gonzalez

Jasmine Gonzalez is a Managing Editor at Porchlight Book Company, overseeing the ChangeThis series, which promotes conversation through original essays and adapted book excerpts. As an Adjunct Professor at Alverno College, Jasmine designed and teaches a course on Community Activism. Previously, Jasmine founded Jasmine Gonzalez Consulting, offering professional development workshops for nonprofit and higher education clients, and served as a Coaching Specialist at the Organizing Empowerment Project, where a bilingual training curriculum was created for Spanish-speaking users. Additional experience includes roles at JustLeadershipUSA, Voces De La Frontera, ACLU of Wisconsin, and Marquette University. Jasmine holds a BA in Political Science from Marquette University and an MS in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
