Lovisa Neikter

Lovisa Neikter is a professional with extensive experience in community development and planning, currently serving as a Samhällsutvecklare at Alvesta Kommun since August 2022. Prior to this role, Lovisa worked as a Strategisk samhällsplanerare inom landsbygdsfrågor at Uppsala kommun and as a Regional bredbandskoordinator at Region Uppsala, where responsibilities included promoting broadband expansion and overseeing collaborative e-service projects across multiple municipalities. Lovisa's earlier experiences include roles as a Research Assistant at SLU, focusing on broadband development impacts and guiding students in agronomy, and as a Project Leader for initiatives supporting career pathways in international rural development.
