Chia-wei Kin

Chia-wei Kin is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in M&A advisory and financial valuation. Currently serving as Director in the Chairman's office and Special Assistant to the APAC CEO at Alvogen since October 2015, Chia-wei has managed significant acquisition projects, including evaluating operations and overseeing due diligence processes. Prior experience includes the role of Manager at KPMG Deal Advisory Limited, where expertise was applied in assessing company valuations and negotiating deal structures for high-profile acquisitions. Additional experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers Taiwan involved leading teams in valuing loan portfolios and conducting financial due diligence, while earlier work at Deloitte & Touche focused on business valuations across various industries. Chia-wei holds a Master's degree in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from National Taiwan University.
